Whole cashews weigh 130g per cup. Their creamy texture when blended makes them the base for vegan cream sauces, cheese, and ice cream. Soak cashews in boiling water for 30 minutes (or cold water for 4 hours) before blending for the smoothest result. Raw and roasted cashews weigh the same per cup.
