Coconut water weighs 245g per cup — slightly heavier than plain water because of dissolved sugars and electrolytes (potassium, sodium, magnesium). The clear liquid from young green coconuts, distinct from coconut milk (made from grated mature coconut flesh). Naturally hydrating with about 45 calories per cup.
